For members of the Emergency Building Repair Network (EBRN) to receive and manage home emergency jobs assigned by CET. This app allows all details to be recorded and supplied back to CET, such as:
- Job start and end times
- Heath and safety responses
- Photo uploads
- Material and time requests
- General notes
- Customer sign-off
The app also facilitates sending of urgent requests direct to the CET control centre which receive priority review and realtime feedback from a member of the CET team.
